Enclosed lawned garden and patio area with wood-fired pizza oven, barbecue, and furniture. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles and pub 2.1 miles. For flexibility there is a camp bed that can be used on the mezzanine level. Note: The cottage is in a shared garden and the owner is sometimes in residence.

Spent a week here in November, warm welcome from John, cottage was lovely had everything we need for our stay and was lovely and warm. Great to visit Lincoln, Woodhall Spa, BBMF and even got to Mablethorpe. Would definitely stay here again.
