This beautifully furnished oak cottage is situated amongst a small cluster of similar properties in the beautiful countryside at Inny Vale, just outside the village of Davidstow and 4 miles from the historic market town of Camelford. You enter the lodge into the beautifully furnished light and airy open-plan living room with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable dining area and large sofas to totally relax after a day spent on the beach or touring the spectacular coastline. Also on the ground floor is a wet room and a twin bedroom, the other two bedrooms, a king-size double and another twin along with the family bathroom are on the first floor. Outside is a pretty lawned garden overlooking the River Inny with a decked area with furniture and a barbecue for alfresco dining which will appeal on the balmy summer evenings. Perfectly located for touring the stunning North coast of Cornwall, the magical villages of Tintagel and Boscastle and the rugged moorland, this cottage provide fantastic accommodation. Golfers have the choice of two friendly courses, both within easy access, a tennis court is available on-site and walkers are spoilt for choice. Some of the finest moorland and coastal walking in the county are both accessed within a short drive from here; Roughtor is a fairly easy climb and being one of the highest points in Cornwall, a clear day rewards you with stunning views of both North and South coasts. The coastal walk between Boscastle and Tintagel, whilst not easy, is widely considered as one of the finest stretches of the entire South West Coast Path. With a choice of so many beaches and varied and interesting villages to visit, this cottage offers comfortable accommodation at any time of the year.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
