Four bedrooms: 1 x ground floor double with en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC, 1 x first floor king-size double with balcony and en-suite shower room with shower, basin and WC, 1 x first floor double and 1 x first floor twin 2'6" beds. Bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor, open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area.

One car parking space. Ground floor terrace area with furniture. Two well-behaved pets are welcome.There is a fee for the second pet. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.7 miles. Note: For additional parking there is a car park in Porthtowan by the beach, approximately 6 minutes walk from the property, this will be busier through the season and charges apply.
Location Details
Porthtowan is a village in Cornwall, England, situated on Cornwall's north Atlantic coast. The village is a popular area with surfers, archaeologists and offers a small village store and local pub and restaurants. Part of the village is situated on the St Agnes Heritage Coast, boasting wonderful coastal views, a Blue Flag beach with plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling, surfing and a variety of other watersports.
