Seiriol View is a traditional stone cottage in the pretty seaside village of Moelfre, on the east coast of Anglesey. Just a short walk through the village and you will find the famous Moelfre Lifeboat Station and Seawatch Centre, pebble beach, pub and cafe. Continue along the coastal path to the sandy beaches of Lligwy or Traeth Bychan, which are the perfect spots for a picnic or swim. The large and well equipped kitchen has double electric ovens and a low hob, dishwasher, larder fridge with ice compartment, microwave and toaster. The dining room has a wood burning stove, with dining table which can extend to seat 8. The sitting room also has a wood burning stove (which comes with an initial supply of logs and kindling), comfortable sofas and chairs, flat screen TV with SKY, a DVD player, and selections of books, games and DVDs. The conservatory is a lovely suntrap with L shaped sofas which are ideal for reading or even a cheeky afternoon nap! The ground floor cloakroom has a loo and wash hand basin and plenty of storage for coats and boots. There are three bedrooms. The two double bedrooms both have king size beds, one of which has a small balcony with patio set. There is also a twin room with full sized single beds. All bedrooms have panoramic sea views. The bright bathroom has a bath and power shower over, loo and wash hand basin. There is a separate utility/storage facility at the back of the house with washing machine, fridge/freezer and space to store bikes, wet clothes and muddy boots. The fully enclosed garden is laid to lawn with a decked area, including garden furniture. There are fantastic views over Moelfre Bay and beyond. A 5 bar wooden gate across the drive makes it secure for pets. There is plenty of parking for 3 or 4 cars or a small boat/jet ski (wash down facilities are available). Please note that there is a small ornamental pond in the garden. Likewise the hob in the kitchen is low and can easily be reached by little ones. This holiday cottage is well named due to its view across the sea to the Island of Seiriol, named after the 6th century Saint Seiriol, but maybe more commonly known by locals as Puffin Island. There are also fantastic views of The Great Orme across Red Wharf Bay with Snowdonia in the background, from all the bedroom windows. What a perfect way to start your day!
