Go paint-balling, horse riding, surfing, golfing - or, if you prefer something more leisurely, simply take a walk along the coastal path. Ride through stunning scenery by steam train, or stroll around the Italianate village of Portmeirion! Llŷn is a stylish, bright and spacious second floor apartment, just a two-minute walk to the shops and restaurants in this popular seaside village. The modern, well equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, dining table and two dining chairs. The living area has comfortable seating and a Smart TV. There is a washing machine and tumble drier in the utility cupboard on the second floor landing. The double bedroom has a king size bed and ocean views. The shower room has a shower, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. While there is no allocated parking for the apartment, unrestricted parking can be found along the seafront. Criccieth is a firm favourite with holiday makers. Once you have been here, you will return time after time. Often described as the 'Pearl of Wales on the shores of Snowdonia’, this delightful seaside town is situated just 5 miles from Porthmadog. The town’s 13th century castle perches majestically on a rocky outcrop, dominating the skyline and offering superb views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. Watersports enthusiasts will be delighted by the two beaches, whilst walkers and bikers are spoilt for choice by the proximity of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Stroll along the beaches, watch porpoises playing in the surf, or relax in the various pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, sampling the famous Cadwalader’s ice cream. Further afield, attractions such as Portmeirion’s wonderful Italianate gardens, the Ffestiniog railway in Porthmadog, Harlech Castle, Caernarfon Castle and the beautiful beaches and renowned golf courses of the Llyn Peninsula are all within an easy drive.

Reviews
We stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas for an alternative festive season. It was wet and windy but we had 1 day of lovely sun and went to Morfa Nevyn for some wonderful walking. Apartment is in a superb location right on the seafront with panoramic views through the bay windows. The host left us milk and mince pies on arrival and had decorated Christmas lights around the window, though they later fell off due to a poor fixing ! Nice gesture. It is clean, tidy and spacious for two people. The main criticism we had was of a kitchen equipped to a bare minimum standard and in order to use the dishwasher more efficiently there should be more cutlery and cutlery provided. Bed was comfy. Shower excellent. We were here during Storm Gerrit and it was a good and entertaining watch.
