This spacious top floor holiday apartment is part of the Bay View Apartments, a high spec, modern, gated development. With secure parking, lift access and underfloor heating, it is perfect for a seaside holiday all year round. The kitchen, dining and sitting room is a bright, well designed open plan area. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a comfortable seating area with a wall mounted Smart TV, Juliette balcony and dining room table and chairs. There is a spacious double bedroom with ample storage and a Juliette balcony. The bathroom has a shower, hand basin and loo. There is a communal covered BBQ area at the rear of the building with natural planting and a small stream. There is allocated parking for one car and visitor parking is available on a first come first serve basis. This beautiful part of the Anglesey coastline has so much to offer visitors that it would be easy to arrive and just hang up your car keys until it was time to head home. Benllech has a beautiful, long and sandy beach, much favoured by families, with a slipway allowing easy access for all. A variety of shops and cafés front the beach, with a picnic area to the side, whilst the village centre offers more shops, pubs, hotels and restaurants. The setting promises to suit every taste, with the village itself ideal for family holidays, whilst the rural setting offers peace and easy access to the coast, rural Anglesey and of course the spectacular mountains of Snowdonia.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
