Tyn Towyn is a holiday cottage complex in Trearddur Bay, Anglesey. It has been finished to an exceptionally high standard and no stone has been left unturned. You are a short walk to the main beach which has beautiful views and close to all the restaurants and amenities Trearddur Bay has to offer. Ty Pwis in English is known as Purple House due to it’s fabulous door and in our opinion one of our favourite cottages of the development. There is lovely floor to ceiling windows that lets the sun flood in. The cottage is welcoming, warm and modern. Much thought and care has gone into Ty Pwis. The kitchen and breakfast bar is next to the dining table and chairs. With a fully equipped kitchen to cook a gastronomic meals for friends or family. The sitting area has a lovely stone fireplace with flatscreen TV and big comfy sofas. There are three bedrooms upstairs. Two double bedrooms with TV and a small single bedroom. Two bathrooms with shower, loo and wash hand basin. One on each floor. There is a internet room on site as well as wifi in the cottages. There is ample parking for cars and plenty of space to relax outside in the beautiful grounds, with young trees and raised flower beds.

Owner chasing underage boys around at 9.30 pm at night in pitch black in a car going 50 MPH on a feild ,this was due to some sort of noise disturbance from the boys , we love these cottages and been coming for years but it has let its self down this time with this incident the boys we’re frightened to death by this and we’re very scared , the chairs also needed some work or new ones as when I was sat on one of them the chair fell through , behind the beds and on surface were very dusty which didn’t help with someone who is asthmatic , in the mornings the blinds were that awful we ended up waking up at the crack of dawn as it was very bright. My brother was having a shower in the upstairs bathroom and the bathroom was underneath the kitchen and you could see the water dripping from the upstairs shower down to the the kitchen it must have been doing this a while as there was water / tide marks . The hook to hold the outside door leading to the courtyard was fully snapped off ! The door handles also could do with replacing as they were very rusty.
Was more than happy to stay at the apartment in the cottages, really clean and tidy, did the job great, everything you needed was there waiting for you, lovely surroundings to relax by a table, approx 5-6 minutes walk into Trearddur, where you could enjoy your break, plenty of places to have a meal and drink, also handy to ge around Anglesey to explore, so much going on close by or further afield
