A spacious and airy property, this cottage caters for a variety of needs, with three bedrooms downstairs, comprising of a super-king-size, a king, and a single and a modest first-floor double room, it’s the perfect property to bring the whole family along, even the dog; with a large lawned area surrounding the property. Its situation within the National Park, makes this holiday home a wonderful base for those seeking to walk and adventure the rolling countryside. The kitchen is a fabulously sociable area, featuring a dining area for the whole party, enjoy a spot of afternoon tea whilst sat amongst the lovely views of the garden where the dog can play ball games, or head to the adjoined conservatory, a crisp white room offering the ideal lighting for reading and relaxing under the sun. Head to the sitting room in the evenings and light up the woodburning stove, a simple but stylish room, it’s a wonderful place to gather with your loved ones to enjoy each other’s company or your favourite films on the television. For a day indoors, the property offers ample entertainment opportunities, with a first-floor playroom for the children featuring its own television, a rocking horse, and a doll’s house, it poses as the perfect escape for the kids whilst the adults head outside to the hot tub, placed on a private patio next to a barbecue. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
