Off the beaten track, down a stone wall lined road you will find Marchlyn, a lovely semi-detached barn conversion, now a delightful holiday home in the stunning Welsh countryside. Its location affords you easy access to the Snowdonia National Park and the coast as well, so you could have a day at the beach, or trek up a mountain, the choice is yours! The property hosts an open-plan living space with a kitchen, living area and dining area, with a woodburning stove completing the homely feel for those evenings curled up on the corner sofa in front of the roaring fire. Upstairs there are two bedrooms; a king-size and a twin, along with a family bathroom where you can relax in the tub after a long day of walking. To the outside you can also enjoy a patio with seating, and the use of the shared external utility room. Note: Property can be booked with Ref. 1014134 and together they can sleep eight people.

Gorgeous property, set on a lovely stud yard (happy accident for me as I have horses) Lovely open plan downstairs and excellently stocked cottage! It had everything we needed and was only a short drive to Snowden! Lovely owners and absolutely stunning countryside with plenty of walking for us and the dogs. Will 100% be returning
