Entering through the side gate to the front of the property, you will be delighted to find a large, privately enclosed front garden, ideal for enjoying outdoor family activities or playing a game of fetch with your dog. Stepping through the welcoming front door, you will enter into a terracotta tiled hallway, with a contemporary designed kitchen and dining area to the left, which hosts well-appointed appliances for any budding chef. Moving around the property, you will find a lovely neutrally-decorated sitting room with appealing contemporary decor, including ample seating, coffee tables, a Smart TV, and a warming living flame gas fire. When the night draws to a close, climb up the stairs to the first floor to find two bright, well-decorated bedrooms, one being a double and one being a zip/link king-size bedroom which can be made into two 2"6 beds, which both feature stylish headboards and plentiful storage space.
