Holding quirk and character, this property is ideal for a family to explore this scenic area of North Wales. Enjoy gathering together in the evenings within the sitting room, cosied up amongst the warming woodburning stove, creating a charming and cosy atmosphere. The impressive local lake is renowned for its excellent fishing and is only a short distance from the village itself. With a pub and a small variety of shops, Trawsfynydd provides all essential amenities as well as outstanding outdoor activities including excellent water sports, climbing, walking, fishing, golf and mountain biking. Close by are a number of beautiful beaches including Black Rock Sands, Harlech and Barmouth whilst the bustling towns of Dolgellau and Porthmadog are also withing easy driving distance. Also worth visiting in the area are the many castles, narrow gauge railways, slate and copper mines and the famous Portmeirion Italianate village.

Enclosed rear garden with small lawn, patio with furniture and mountain views. Sorry, no pets or smoking. Note: Steep slate steps from sitting room to kitchen and garden may not be suitable for infirm or young children. Please note: Bikes can be stored at the rear of the property, walk down the small alley by the side of the property and through to the back garden.
