Set over three floors, the property hosts four bedrooms; one double with TV and en-suite cloakroom, two twins with TVs and a second-floor king-size (zip/link) with TV and en-suite shower room, sleeping a total of eight guests, with a family bathroom and cloakroom to serve. Downstairs provides a fitted kitchen, open-plan living room and dining area, as well as a conservatory. Outside has two lawned gardens and patio area with furniture and a hot tub, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. 4 Ty Rhosyn is a wonderful choice for a coastal retreat to North Wales. Note: Note: Weekly bookings to be Friday to Friday only and short breaks Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday only. Due to a current repair issue the Hot Tub is not currently available at the property.

Stayed here as one of a group of six for a family birthday. The house is well appointed and very clean. Modern furnishings. Welcome book with many leaflets & information about the area. Also instructions on the heat settings & showers. Living room: two 4-seater settees, large TV, dining table for 8. Various games in the conservatory and small seating area. Enjoyed the games room with pool table, darts, and pac man. One of us used to very clean hot tub. (It was October!) The kitchen has everything you would require including a slow cooker (not listed), 4 slice toaster, modern 4-hob cooker/grill, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Plenty pans, and more than enough crockery and cutlery. Downstairs toilet, and shower room/toilet on floor 1 and floor 2. Shop (which seems to sell everything) literally 2 minutes walk, as is the fish and chip shop. All in all, and excellent stay and I would recommend this property to family and friends.
