Outside there is off-road parking for three cars, a front garden with seating and shared use of the outdoor pool, sauna and barbecue. Middle Corscombe Farm Annex is a stunning property in a quaint rural location. Note: Check-in is from 6pm. The pool is not heated and is only available from the last week in May until the end of September; opening hours of the pool are 9-11am and 4-7pm and there is a rota of 2 hours per cottage and there is a rota of 2 hours per cottage; the indoor sauna is also available at these times only.

Adjoining a Grade II listed partially thatched farmhouse, this spacious accommodation has incredible rural views, acres of land to roam, walking trails to the river and an outdoor camp kitchen with barbecue equipment, this property is ideal for a family or group of six wanting to explore the incredible countryside of the nearby Dartmoor National Park. Accessed up a long gravelled driveway, with off-road parking for three cars, enter the property to find a dining room, with stunning flagstone flooring, decorated in vibrant teal hues, with a feature fireplace and a table set for six, where you can dine together as a group and enjoy the incredible countryside views that surround you. Next is the galley kitchen, compact but well-equipped, you will find a fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher to take care of washing up duties. The sitting room also has flagstone floors, with chic and luxurious sofas in striking plush amethyst to unwind on whilst enjoying the warmth from the woodburning stove and watching the Smart TV or enjoying a family movie night. Adding to the contemporary Edwardian feel of the ground floor, is a handy cloakroom, while upstairs you can find the family bathroom with a shower over bath, so you can choose whether you want a relaxing soak or a quick shower to begin each day. Very popular with walkers, Belstone village is less than a mile away and has a pub and shop, while the village of Sticklepath also has very good pub grub and the town of Okehampton is a 10-minute drive away with a castle and Victorian arcade, as well as many unique shops to peruse. Okehampton has many attractions to visit, including a medieval castle overlooking a wooded river valley, the Museum of Dartmoor Life and Okehampton Train Station, which has been restored to its 1950s glory, running trains along a scenic route to Meldon, the highest station in southern England.
