"Amazing property and people!" What an amazing place almost magical, my children were ready to move in! Everything you needed was at the barn, I took tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and dog bowls etc but it was so well equipped I needn't of bothered. Katie and David have thought of everything! On entering the property on arrival there was a basket on the table with fresh eggs from the farm, biscuits, tea towel, snacks a little welcome note all in a lovely little basket. I have a toddler and was a bit worried about the stairs after reading the reviews but they are fine and beautiful. Each step has large flat grips on them and they were normal size if not bigger than normal and they had a wooden gate at the top which stopped the dogs from getting up and said toddler from falling down, such a relief. Everywhere had blankets if needed my girls loved the sheep ones and an extra quilt for the main bed although it was warm enough we didn't need it. The children loved the playroom and just everything you can imagine was thought of at this barn. It was beautiful and the decor was just perfect for an old barn. I must also add I wasn't kept up by dogs or heard them hourly, they do have dogs but further away from the property and its a working farm in the countryside so you are surrounded by nature and farm. The views are amazing and so much to do right on the doorstep, literally! If you walk out of the barn there is a footpath behind the owners property that takes you across a field over a small road and small footpath again to three chimneys cottage from the film the railway children at the bottom of the hill is the railway line that was used and you can still journey on a steam train if you wanted. Haworth is along the road and home to the bronte sisters and lovely quaint shops. Katie and David are amazing people, i was a bit worried at first being so close to the owners property but they didn't interfere or come over it was i that was popping to see them. Such interesting people and katie showed us her harps and played for us, my autistic daughter never talks but happily talked to katie and fell in love with the harp, will definitely be booking again!

Such a fantastic stay. We lived the barn, it was really well furnished and quirky. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. It has beautiful views and is close to Haworth for shops etc... Lots to do and we had a wonderful and restful break. Will definetly come again.

My wife and I stayed at this property with our family who we had not seen the pandemic started . I was not sure what to expect but when we arrived we were greeted by one of the owners Katie who Amadeus feel very welcome indeed . Once inside the property I was amazed at just how much room there was it easily accommodated six of us and the children loved the fact that the owners had made a games room just for the children on the top floor . One the second floor there is a very large television and we enjoyed evenings lounging on the super king size bed which had been made to look like a four poster bed. As we had been to Haworth before we knew we were in for a treat walking our dogs upon the moors which were in easy walking distance of the property . The property also benefits from a few shops nearby the co-op had everything we needed but there is also a spar shop in Haworth itself which has its own butchers so we were able to get everything we needed . David the farmer let our children meet the goats and hand feed them which they really enjoyed. Our dogs really enjoyed it too and did not want to go home

We've been coming back for s few years now and the kids ask us all the time when we can next go. While it's rural (you're on a farm, this is a good thing) there's easy access to several villages and a few towns/cities along with amazing views and walks. Just down the road you can see where The Railway Children was filmed and take a ride on a steam train. Driving distance from Wensleydale and some of the most beautiful scenery (the new All Creatures Great and Small was shot a little while away). The barn itself is fascinating, a games room at the top to keep the kids busy, bedrooms both on the ground and first floor. Full size fridge is great when you've got the full family with you. The hosts are friendly and helpful with amazing local knowledge which helps when you're new to the area. We'll be back again and again.

This is our second time staying at Mouldy Warp Barn. Our children have absolutely fallen in love with the experience Moldy Warp Barn provides. Sitting within yards of a working small farm. Katie and Dave are tremendously kind and caring hosts. They are full of local knowledge with fabulous suggestions about all sorts of activities. They spent hours entertaining us with the going ons around the farm. Dogs, goats, sheep, geese. There are few things that can beat watching a sheep dog round up sheep. With lots of walks from the door with beautiful views everywhere you look. The barn is simply delightful, with character that only 1000 years can mold. The games room provided a cozy escape for our children and a bit of peace for us! We cannot speak highly enough of our amazing holidays there. We cannot wait for our next visit!
