Return to this hub after a day of following footpaths and whip up a magnificent feast from the kitchen, complete with a choice of appliances to assist you, plus a large dining area where all can gather. The sitting room offers plenty of seating courtesy of the sumptuous corner sofa, along with an alluring woodburning stove and a Smart TV to provide ample entertainment. Suitable for those with limited mobility, on the ground floor are two bedrooms, comprising of a double and twin, and a large shower room. Upstairs plays host to three bedrooms, including a king-size double with a en-suite and picturesque views over the tarn, plus two attractive twins which are perfect for children. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
