There are many family attractions in the area, including Mevagissey and Charlestown harbours, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Tywardreath is a village that will appeal to families and those keen to explore the rich heritage and gorgeous coastline of South Cornwall.
Lovely cottage. Nice and warm. Nice Butchers few doors down. Does hot Pasties. The pub opposite does lovely food. Dogs welcome in Pub and Cottage. Corner Shop nearby. Par beach is a 15 minute walk. Popular with dog owners. Very steep steps up to back garden. There is a lawn and bench seats. Beautifully decorated Cottage. On the bed in the twin bedroom the quilt on the window side bed was very thin. Also only 1 pillow on every bed. No extra pillows. We would have liked 2 pillows on our bed. Very clean Cottage. Nice and quiet village. Easy parking outside in road. Would stay again. Par Railway Station is very near. Mainline from London Paddington to Penzance. Nice small Station.
