Tucked away in a quiet location, this comfortable, detached bungalow in Dinas Cross is within walking distance of both Pwllgwaelod and Cwm yr Eglwys beaches, where the Pembrokeshire Coast Path can be joined. Pwllgwaelod also has a beachside restaurant. The centre of Dinas Cross is just a short walk away and has two shops and a garage, a pub serving food, cafe and a fish & chip shop. There is also a children’s play park and at its further end, a tennis court. Dinas Cross is on a regular bus route, as well as the route for one of the coastal shuttle buses, which are popular with walkers. The nearby seaside market town of Newport, with its range of cafes, pubs, restaurants, independent shops and galleries, is a short drive away. Within easy reach are the towns of Fishguard, with its picturesque Lower Town harbour, Cardigan, the city of St Davids and attractive Porthgain and Solva harbours.

The scattered village of Dinas Cross has a well stocked mini market store and a pub, and nestles between the Preseli Mountains and the wonderful Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Pwll Gwaelod and Cwm-Yr-Eglwys beaches are both minutes away, both with breathtaking scenery offering the opportunity for tranquil days in perfect settings, and are almost unnoticed by the general public unless they leave the main route through the village. Nearby Newport is a quirky seaside town steeped in history, with various shops, tea rooms and pubs and is also a great place to go boating. With castles, mills, craft centres and golf courses galore scattered all over this beautiful Welsh county, this is the perfect base for a break all year round.
