This traditional, double-fronted stone house has been extended at the rear, adding a large and contemporary open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room to its layout. It is ideal for families or groups of friends. Just off Newport’s main street, it is in easy reach of the local independent shops and galleries, cafes, pubs and restaurants. A short walk will take you to the Parrog and its beach and boat club, where the Pembrokeshire Coast Path can be joined. A 20-minute walk with take you to Newport Sands, a mile and a half of silver sand and rock pools backed by dunes. There is also an 18-hole golf course. With its backdrop of Carningli Mountain (the Mount of Angels), medieval church and castle and position on the Nevern estuary, Newport is an attractive destination for visitors.
