A traditional Victorian terraced house in the heart of the vibrant market town of Keswick. Decorated with a contemporary palette whilst retaining its period charm, Noble Cottage is the perfect self-catering holiday home for families and groups of friends. Step into a spacious hallway with traditional floor tiles and space to store walking gear. The welcoming living space features a fireplace, comfortable leather sofas and a handmade wooden dining table. The kitchen is modern, bright and well equipped. Head upstairs and you’ll find three sumptuous bedrooms; two are presented as doubles and the third can be presented as a twin or double. A spacious family bathroom and additional separate WC can also be found on the first floor. Large flat screen TV’s are provided in the living room and in two of the bedrooms. To the front of the house there is a small garden with relaxing bench, whilst the rear of the property features a furnished courtyard and additional shared garden. Keswick has all you need for a perfect self-catering holiday in the Lake District. For budding cooks Booths supermarket provides fantastic local produce whilst there are an array of delicious restaurants available if you prefer to dine out. The town is perfectly placed for keen walkers; take a gentle stroll along the shores of Derwentwater or enjoy an exhilarating climb up Skiddaw. From Keswick by car you can explore the beautiful neighbouring lakes of Ullswater, Bassenthwaite and Buttermere. Noble Cottage offers all the comforts of home in the heart of one the Lake District’s finest towns.

The popular town of Keswick is the holiday centre of the North of the Lake District and has plenty to offer the visitor at any time of year. The town boasts numerous shops and restaurants to suit all tastes, as well as offering miniature golf, excellent parks, the famous Theatre by the Lake, a charming cinema, the Pencil Museum, a climbing wall, fishing and great mountain biking opportunities, whilst the beautiful lake of Derwentwater at the head of the stunning Borrowdale Valley is only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Nearby, between Braithwaite and Buttermere is the beautiful Newlands Valley, while picturesque Bassenthwaite Lake is well worth a visit. From a gentle countryside ramble to a challenging hike up Skiddaw or the famous Catbells, there really is something for everyone. Visit Castlerigg Stone Circle, the Jennings Brewery and Mirehouse, a grand house and gardens on the shores of the Bassenthwaite Lake, or take a fabulous boat trip around Derwentwater. With plenty of attractions for the kids, lovely parks and the nearby Lake District Wildlife Park this is a great Lakeland destination whatever the time of year.

I have visited this property for 10 days in 2017 2018 2019 and enjoyed so much that every November when i am there i pay oin full for the same days the following year 2020 covid prevented the visit so i carried the payment over to 12 nov 2021 for 10 days i received confirmation 4/11/2020 that all was confirmed and paid for i had not heard from the Lake lowers now sykes to tell me access code etc so i called them less than 48 hrs before myself and 5 people travel - i was told someone else was in the property those dates - i have a reservation and confirmation - i was then called back to say the booking had been cancelled by the owners and i had been refunded the fee they had had since 2019 - i explained i have not had any confirmationof cancellation or refund and asked for proof - i also asked for the owners to call me to explain why my booking was cancelled - i have now with 2 days to go to a 10 day break all 6 people save up and enjoy every year have spen 3 hpours getting 2 differnet accomodations and i am out of pocket by £720.00 as well as the fee i have yet to be returned - can you imagine if all six of us had turned up on friday with no accomodation - my call was a genie call can the owners call me on 07711846123 to explain how this has happened and how i was told we can find you somewhere else but not in Keswick basically they said TOUGH 5 years i have been loyal and always took care of this lovely property hence why i return Paul OToole
