A king-size bedroom on the ground level with en-suite shower room and the house bathroom with power shower over a bath. Upstairs to a large landing area and access to the sumptuous lounge with gable end wall of glass enjoying the far-reaching views: a great place to unwind. Also here is the second bedroom being either a super king size or twin. Outside the grounds are delightful and with gazebo and furniture to gaze out at the scenery and enjoy al-fresco living - bliss! Just a short stroll from the tranquil village of Crosthwaite, in the north of the Lyth Valley and only a short drive from Bowness and Lake Windermere.
