DO NoT BOOK HERE!!!!!!!- I voiced my concerns to the management company before we arrived and was assured all would be ok ! How wrong they were ! We are currently all sleeping on the living room floor and sofas as every bedroom has serious mould issues !! The heating and hot water are not working as no oil ! Which also means no oven to cook ! It’s so remote here this is not Ambleside it’s a 15 min drive away !! and no outside lighting at all so already had 2 falls! Quirky doesn’t even cover this house it’s absolutely awful in every way possible ! The bathrooms resemble a youth hostel and smell awful . There are loads of things broken and the highchair is disgusting . It’s ruined our Halloween party plans and also caused a huge amount of stress . The rental company cannot find an alternative as yet so god knows what next but avoid this place !!!
