Outside there is ample off-road parking, and a lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. The beach is just ten minutes' walk from Seaview, which is also well placed for boat trips, the coastal path, NT Plas Newydd, Beaumaris Castle and more. Note: The garden is not enclosed.

The property overlooks beautiful Lligwy Bay from Dulas, a small hamlet outside the village of Moelfre on the north east coast of Anglesey. Light and airy, the large conservatory is the ideal place to sit and gaze across the countryside to the sea. Exposed oak beams and the multi-fuel stove give the homely sitting room plenty of character, and a further reading area is the perfect spot to sip morning coffee with a book in hand, enjoying the beautiful coastal views. This Anglesey cottage has three nicely furnished and tastefully decorated bedrooms and the modern fitted kitchen has a large solid wood dining table, ideal for family meals.
