The Bakers Loft is a wonderfully appointed, first-floor apartment resting in the centre of Grasmere, offering a great base for touring the Lake District National Park. The apartment has been completed with an elegant interior design to make a welcoming space for a family to return to after exploring the surrounding lakes and fells. Climb the 16 external steps to the entrance and be welcomed into the contemporary, galley-style kitchen containing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, allowing you to cater for yourself for the duration of your visit. Enjoy your down time within the bright and airy sitting/dining room, where two plush sofas are situated around the TV and windows offer pretty views over the village. Joining this space is the dining table, set up for four people, making a great spot for enjoy a local takeaway, a delicious home-cooked meal or pulling open a map and planning the next day’s adventure. Once the evening draws to a close, catch your rest within the king-size bedroom and look forward to waking up to the refreshing colour palette each morning, also complete with views of the village and plenty of storage to keep your things. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
