Offering a fabulous three-storey property in the heart of South Devon's popular riverside town of Dartmouth, Huffin is a wonderful base for a holiday exploring the South Hams. Being just a short stroll from the town centre and enjoying a balcony for al fresco dining, Huffin is perfect for a relaxing break in Dartmouth. Enter the property from the street and be welcomed onto the first floor, where a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room awaits. Travel down the staircase to the ground floor to find the lovely open-plan living space, here you can relax on the large corner sofa in the evenings watching TV or playing a DVD, enjoy meals at the dining table when you're not eating out, and make use of the well-equipped, neat kitchen area. Sit out on the balcony, which benefits from afternoon and evening sun, sipping a refreshing drink after a day of exploring. Head down a further flight of stairs to the lower ground floor and discover the kingsize bedroom and the family shower room with a large walk-in shower. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
