Location Details
Llangynog is a small village, resting at the foot of the Berwyn Mountains and surrounding wooded hills and valleys. Within the village, you will find two pubs serving food and it is a renowned location for climbing, birdwatching, walking and cycling. Lake Bala is nearby, offering opportunities for fishing and a variety of water sports including white water rafting, Bala also offers a lakeside steam railway. Llanrhaeadr Waterfall, the tallest single drop waterfall in England and Wales is also nearby, as well as Lake Vyrnwy, which has an RSPB centre, bike hire and a sculpture park.
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Bryn Teg was easily one of the best cottages I have stayed in. The cottage is very comfy, clean, and homely. Great hosts with fantastic level of communication. The conservatory and the view from it are absolutely incredible. The hot tub is wonderful after a day out walking. Probably the biggest highlight for us was the attention to making the cottage dog friendly. The garden is fully safely fenced in, and there is a large field for your dog to run around in. For our Lurcher who cannot normally be off her lead on walks, this was absolutely incredible.
