The properties location was superb. The owners were easily contactable. There were nice touches when we arrived and the accommodation was spotless too. It really felt like a home from home.
We have visited this property before and on this occasion we found it was of the same very high standard. There has been great attention to detail and lots of little extras have been thought of, making it very comfortable.
We thought the house was superb and we would have no reservation in recommending this property to anyone keen to visit the island.
Very good location to explore the Isle of Wight with easy access to shops and public transport
The cottage was lovely, clean and tidy throughout, immaculately decorated, and spacious for the whole family to relax. We were ideally situated just over the road from the bus stop giving us easy access to travel around the island at ease.
The accommodation was excellent and really felt like a home from home. We will be looking again for this property in the future.
The cottage was lovely, it had everything you needed and more. It was very well equipped and really clean and tidy.
The cottage was so beautifully kept, everything needed was there and the owner was so thoughtful.
The accommodation was decorated and furnished to a very high standard. It was very comfortable, clean and in an excellent location. Everything had been thought of - particularly for children (travel cot, high chair, books, toys). We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.
We loved this cottage. It was a real home from home and the owners made such extra special touches to really make us feel welcome. It was great that there was a washing machine there too as it meant we didn't bring home lots of dirty washing, which is always the downside of coming back from holiday.
Good location and good weather
We had a really lovely holiday on the Isle of Wight ,the holiday cottage was perfect - spotlessly clean and really nicely furnished and well equipped .There were thoughtful little touches such as a welcoming bottle of wine and fruit in the fruit bowl. The bus stop was 2 minutes away and we could take the bus to any town in the island if we didn't want to take the car. We certainly intend to return! Maggie Powley
The cottage was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, it was equipped with everything we would need for our stay. It really felt like a home from home
..This has to be the best equipped and most comfortable holiday cottage I have used ANYWHERE!
Excellent all round! Appreciated the welcome food and drink. The Christmas tree a thoughtful and lovely touch. Highly recommended and we have entered the cottage in our records for possible future use. lodi brand.
The property was lovely, really nice location and size. Very clean and welcoming. The kitchen facilities were excellent and there were some lovely finishing touches like a bottle of wine and pint of milk. We will definitely return and recommend to others.
Immaculate holiday cottage with everything you could possibly need. Very highly recommended. Clean, comfortable, in a quiet location but only 50 yards from convenience store and excellent pub/restaurant (the Dark Horse) across the road. Brading Roman Villa only a short walk away and the Toy Museum at the end of the High Street - both well worth a visit. Osborne House is a must but everywhere we went on the IOW there was something to see or do - we can see why so many people return.
Great welcoming little touches like fruit, milk, bottle of wine, tea, coffee and lots of other items not usually found in a self catering accommodation.
Lovely place to stay - owner had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Very pleasant property, convenient, beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless.
Good clean accommodating, with everything we needed. Close to all beaches. and near to local shops.
A beautifully clean and well appointed cottage.
The extra touches were lovely. Beautiful property, would highly recommend!

Great setting near sea, country and amenities. Very comfortable and welcoming accommodation.
The property was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. It is in a very quiet location close to the good village amenities.
The property was located in the right position in terms of reaching other places in short time. Strategically it was very good.
