Fuel and power inc. in rent, this does not include wood for the woodburning stove, this can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars, roadside parking for one car. Secure garage storage. Front garden with lawn area and patio area. Rear enclosed garden with BBQ and lawn area. Two pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop and pub 0.4 miles.
Aviemore is a town resting amidst the Cairngorms National Park, in the Scottish Highlands. The surrounding area offers a great opportunity for fishing, golfing and walking in the nearby hills and woodland. Attractions within the area includes historic castles and tempting distilleries, whilst fishing can be enjoyed on the River Spey all summer, and winter skiing on the Cairngorms and Lecht ski centres, appealing to the thrill-seekers amongst us.
Found dirty underwear and socks in drawers along with someone’s medication. Not cleaned after last occupied, dirty bins, full dishwasher, shower door hanging off, door handles hanging off. Kettle didn’t work. Had to heat pans of water for a cup of tea. Almost £1,000 for two nights. An utter disgrace. Offered a small refund with 48 hours to accept or the offer would be withdrawn. Shall never go there again, needless to say.

The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
