Location Details
Lying on the Wild Atlantic Way coastline on the western shores of Ireland is the attractive seaside resort of Quilty. This County Clare town is the perfect base for an Irish coastal break with a seafood restaurant, a pub, a local supermarket and lots of opportunities for sea fishing. Venture along the coast to find many scenic spots like Spanish Point, Seafield Pier and Beach and Caherrush Point. Nearby the town of Miltown Malbay is famed for its traditional Irish music and hosts the Willie Clancy music festival every July.
County Clare has so much on offer; boat trips, quirky pubs, seaside resorts and a great tradition for Irish music, all set amidst spectacular scenery such as the towering Cliffs of Moher and the fascinating landscape of The Burren.

I am afraid I must record my total dissatisfaction with our stay in this house in July 2021. Upon arrival we found the living areas of the house to be unclean with half full rubbish bins, dirty linen in baskets, half eaten food in kitchen presses, presses themselves unclean,, unswept floors ,dirty windows,garden uncut and weeds all over gravel area. In addition we had been advised, with only 24 hours notice, that one of the ensuite bathrooms was broken and would be locked and not available for use. We raised all of these issues with the party identified as the caretaker who came emptied bins and left saying no cleaning service was available for 5 days. We had to clean areas ourselves which took over 3 hours. Total indifference was shown to the situation We did pursue the matter with the owners , who we believe are in america ,but again indifference and only a small amount of compensation was made despite the complete failure to provide the house as shown. Overall a very bad experience and therefore I could not recommend this house to any interested party
