Just be aware when renting this property that access is not very good if you have mobility issues, you need to go up 14 steps! Other than that the flat was nice and clean.
My wife and I stayed in this cottage at the end of June and were immediately aware of the high quality finish to the newly renovated interior without losing any charm. The layout is roomy yet cosy with an island work space to prepare a meal if you wish or use as a breakfast bar, plus a table and chairs with a view to Frank's bridge and the river. The bedroom is spacious with a king-size bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom is also larger than most with a well finished walk in shower that never ran out of hot water. Kirby Stephen center is on your doorstep with all the shops,pubs, restaurants and takeaways you could want. Although we only tried the Bay Tree India restaurant which I can recommend. You are located close to many well signed walks through beautiful countryside or a relatively short drive to the Lake District.
