Reviews

We booked the cottage for a winter break. It was newly renovated, very clean, well equipped and very nicely decorated. The beds are extremely comfortable (very important for me!) and everything was in good working order. The cottage has a lovely warm and comfortable atmosphere and the surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. The horses stable is in the front yard which was just delightful for us city dwellers. We all truly enjoyed getting to know them and spend time with them. It was very nice to get to know the family who own the cottage - they were very welcoming and on hand if we needed anything. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. They clearly put a lot of thought and love into converting the stables into a beautiful holiday accommodation and I hope any future residents look after it and make some great memories like we did. We hope to book this again in the future and would definitely recommend this cottage for anyone wishing to explore south wales.
