All-ground-floor. One double bedroom with a zip & link bed which can be twin on request. Shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Kitchen. Living/dining room with woodburning stove

Night storage heaters and wooodburning stove. Oven and hob, fridge, microwave, CD player, radio, and selection of books. Power inc. in rent. Starter pack of fuel supplied for the Wood Burner, extra fuel can be purchased locally. Travel cot available on request. Off-road parking at rear of cottage. Lawn with seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 6 miles, pub 4.5 miles. Note: Assistance dogs only are allowed. Note: There is no WiFi or TV at this property, there is mobile network coverage provided by Vodafone & O2 which will give you internet access. Note: There are small steps up to certain rooms in the property.
