Smelly damp property. Not safe. Had mould growing in the cupboards and on the pans and utensils. No hot water instructions , we didn't manage to get it to work. Mattresses very worn so you could flatten them between your fingers. I requested a response from Sykes and the owner and got nowhere! Not fit for anyone.
