Our 3rd stay at Anchor Cottage, at this well equipped lovely house. Very well situated close to beach, bars, restaurants and well located for public transport. Quiet location for being centrally located for all facilities. Will definitely be returning in the future.
Stayed here for a 4 night break. Great location close to all amenities, shops, bars and restaurants. Very spacious inside and very clean throughout. Steve and Sue's communication was superb from start to finish. Very well equipped and the snug is a real highlight. If you're looking somewhere special to stay in Cleethorpes, stay here! Wouldn't hesitate in booking again.
Just returned from a wonderful weekend at Anchor Cottage with our family and cocker spaniel. The cottage is in a perfect location as it is in easy walking distance of the beach as well as being on the same road as several lovely independent shops and cafes. The cottage was very clean and spacious and there were lots of thoughtful touches for example welcome goodies, hand soaps for all the sinks and towels ready for use (there was even a bag of treats for the dog!) The kitchen was well equipped, lounge very comfortable (we loved the fire and decor - in fact the whole house looked gorgeous) and the snug with record player and vinyl collection was a real focal point for us all. The secure garden had a decking area that was a real sun trap - we were able to sit out and enjoy the sun even though it was only March. We parked on Seaview Street itself and to be honest didn’t move the cars all weekend because we were happy spending our time in Cleethorpes and in Anchor Cottage.
