Set across three levels and hosting four bedrooms, including a king-size with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor twin and two second-floor doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, each with their own television, along with a ground-floor bathroom, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also a kitchen/diner with a woodburning stove, an electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer and dishwasher as well as a games room, a utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove, whilst the central heating is provided by gas. Outside there is roadside parking available on a first-come, first-served basis and a garden with a lawned area with a pond, and a covered patio with furniture. For entertainment, guests are provided with a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, linen and towels are all included in the price. Children under the age of five aren't permitted, however, two well-behaved pets are welcome. Please be mindful that there is no smoking allowed at the property and that there is an unfenced pond in the garden therefore children and dogs should be supervised at all times. Cowgate Cottage is a superb base for an escape to Scotland.
