Note: located close to the A40 so traffic noise is audible when outside." If it were nestled in the village of Goodrich, the pub would be round the corner and have no traffic noise. Goodrich is in fact nearly 2 miles from The Old Mill Bake House, while the property itself is nestled amid the relentlessly noisy A40, the busy B4229 and an industrial estate, specialising in motor repairs. Whitchurch is the nearest village, not Goodrich. If you're used to sleeping through traffic noise, then you'll have no problem. If you're seeking peace and quiet, look elsewhere.
