The cottage can sleep 4 people in 1 twin and 1 double with en-suite shower bedrooms as well as a shower room. The rest of the cottage is made up of a fitted kitchen/dining/sitting room. There is off road allocated parking for 1 car and unlimited roadside parking and a patio with garden furniture. Seaview is ideally placed family cottage for beach and exploring Jurassic coast.

Accommodation Details
The cottage is set back from the road and carparks, within a small, mostly residential development, tucked away towards the corner. It is the 2nd cottage in a row of 8 similar, mixed residential and holiday cottages. Bedrooms x 2 Ground floor compact, twin room, with 2 single beds, adjacent to shower room with hand basin and WC off the hall. Upstairs: double room, with 1 double bed, ensuite bathroom, with shower over bath, hand basin and WC. Slight height restriction to the side of the dormer window / bed in the main bedroom. Sea views. Ground floor, small open plan kitchen with lounge seating area and pull-out dining drop leaf table (in the corner) with stowaway chairs under. Sliding door to open aspect patio with sea views.
