I'd posted this review once but because they've updated the property (despite Sykes still using old reviews that they like) it was deleted so re posting as its important that people know how bad our experience was and how poorly Sykes and the owners dealt with it. This was during covid and was our only break away at this time. It was awful. Disgusting isn't a strong enough adjective for the cleanliness at this place. The photos submitted below show the "cleanliness" in this apartment which the owners told us via Sykes that this was clean and that the yellowing on the pillows certainly wasn't yellow and the dust on the antelope statue was something that had "definitely been dusted" right before we went into the apartment and if we'd have told them about the towels covered in brown marks "they'd have changed them" which of course makes it all ok!! If this apartment has new owners please accept my apologies but I'd consider dropping Sykes or maybe getting them to sort this after we paid over £400 for 2 nights in this unclean place. Maybe they'll do the right thing and sort this out or at the very least compensate us a portion of the obscene amount paid for this. If not then this review is a warning to all visitors that this is the possible conditions you may meet when coming here.
