The Carriage is a delightful apartment situated within a Grade II listed coach house in the grounds of the owner’s home, just outside the small town of Lydney. Set on a hillside with panoramic views over the town and surrounding countryside, the apartment is tastefully furnished to provide a contemporary base for exploring the Gloucestershire and Monmouthshire countryside and the many activities on offer. At the end of each day, look forward to returning to the warmth of the apartment, which has been designed with a family in mind, with its contemporary furnishings and all modern conveniences required for a comfortable stay. Make use of the fully-equipped kitchen to cater your family-favourite recipes before regrouping with your loved ones within the spacious living area to enjoy the overlooking views of the garden as you tuck in and toast to a wonderful holiday. Afterwards, sink into the sofas to admire the countryside views with a cup of tea in hand or flick on the gas fire to allow a gentle warmth to fill the room as you browse the TV channels to catch up on the latest box set. The master suite boasts a plush king-size bed, draped in quality linens and enjoys far-reaching views over the countryside and gardens to wake up to each morning, whilst the light and airy second bedroom has houses twin beds, perfect for children or a set of friends. Guests are free to stroll around the large, shared gardens featuring four ponds, and relax and enjoy an alfresco meal or drink in the property's private outdoor seating area, plan the next day’s activities, or simply sit and enjoy the view.
