Sitting room with woodburning stove. 30 minute free parking zone on buxton road, onroading parking close by which is 5 minutes away. No access for unloading and parking outside the property due to this being private road with pedestrian access

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available on request. Nespresso coffee machine. Alexa. Roadside parking 5 minutes walk away and nearby public car parks. Enclosed, mulit-level, rear courtyard with patio, furniture and barbecue. Two medium-sized, well-behaved dogs welcome. Fence for the dogs can be added by the steps to ensure it is an enclosed area for them. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles. Note: This property is by a main road therefore some associated noise may be heard. Note: Ashbourne International Street Fest is from 17th June to 3rd July. Kindly note: due to the syle of the properties in this area, the stair case in the property steep.
Location Details
Ashbourne is a superb example of an English market town, having a market place with vendors, an odd street pattern, small cobbled lanes, coaching inns, and almshouses. It is located near the southern extremity of the Peak District. The town was a fashionable social centre in the 18th century, and many excellent Georgian structures from that era still stand today. The town still has a lot to offer in terms of restaurants and inns, and it's considered a haven for antique hunters.
