Access the property via a sloping path from the high street, which brings you down the side of the property to the private rear garden with a lawn and sun trap decking area, where you can sit out with a refreshing beverage and soak up the sunshine. From here, head inside the property to find a handy utility room with a washing machine, next door to a shower room with walk-in shower, ideal for cleaning up after a day at the beach. Three steps up leads to an open-plan living room, where two plush teal sofas rest in front of the electric fire and wall-mounted Smart TV, ideal for a family movie night or relaxing with a good book beside the fire.
