This four-bedroom abode is spread over the ground and lower-ground floor, and just a short stroll from the many delights of the ‘Gateway to Snowdonia’ as the village is known. Discover a spacious sitting room to unwind in after a busy day outdoors; light the woodburning stove in here and relish watching a favourite film or show on the large Smart TV surrounded by your loved ones spread across the soft seating. Get lost in a good book while in the lovely conservatory, perfect for sipping a morning coffee, whilst the dining room can host fresh family breakfasts and hearty evening meals for all the group, with a long table seating all. Get out on your bikes and head to Gwydir Forest Park with cycling trails, old miners' paths and walking routes aplenty, keeping an eye out for the local wildlife while admiring the enchanting forest scenery, with the beautiful Rhaedr Ewynnol or Swallow Falls being a must-see!
