As you walk through the front door, you’ll find a fully renovated kitchen with high-quality amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer and all the cooking utensils you'll need to create a culinary feast. Continue on through the hallway into the large living room, where an inviting sofa and arm chair provide the perfect spot to unwind in front of the widescreen TV after a day exploring the sights of North Wales. Enjoy a meal together in the dining room, which opens straight into the enclosed south-facing patio garden area with plenty of seating to enjoy the warm, afternoon sunshine while your four-legged friends stretch their legs. The spacious ground-floor double bedroom boasts plenty of storage space and overlooks the patio area, benefitting from access to the cloakroom, with a basin and WC, where you can freshen up. Head up the stairs to discover two further bedrooms, consisting of a large twin room which gets lots of natural light from the Velux window, along with a single room that would be ideal for a child.
