This cottage is spoilt by the approach and attitude of owner. On arrival there was no soap, no hand wash, no kitchen towel and one teabag and a dirty coffee caddy. I called the owner, got no reply for 12 hours and no response from an email. When she finally did contact me (lucky I wasn't locked out) she said 'there normally is soap, it's self catering so I don't provide tea and coffee and didn't even offer to provide them. add that to a dirty patio with used cotton buds, a shower with cobwebs, peeling paint from walls and a box room as a third room and a bathroom on the ground floor with really steep stairs makes for a no very enjoyably stay.
