Ty Jem is a gorgeous four-storey, town house house resting in the lively seaside town of Criccieth in Gwynedd. Offering a balcony and sea views from most rooms within the house, as well as a games room, this fantastic property is the ideal retreat for a family break to the Welsh coast. Arriving at the property, off-road parking allows you to park your car and leave it there for the duration of your trip should you want to set out your days on foot. Enter into the hallway and leave your coats and shoes before making your way into the games room to work up an appetite over a game of table tennis. When you are ready to sit down and relax, head up the stairs to the first-floor, home to an open-plan living space with a balcony, perfect for letting some fresh sea air into the space. Here, happen upon the well-equipped kitchen where you will find an electric double oven and an electric hob to whip up meals for your group, as well as a handy dishwasher to assist with cleaning up.
