Open-plan living area with electric fire, TV, feature fire place, The lodge welcomes two dogs, the onsite Haybarn Pub welcomes dogs, plus there is a designated dog field for exercising. A barbecue slab is provided but please bring your own disposable barbecue and dispose of it appropriately

This lodge is not overlooked and privately located. Inside, the living area is bright, airy, and furnished for relaxation. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is the perfect for socialising together after a day of exploring, the lounge features two sofas and an armchair angled perfectly to see the magnificent views right outside, the built-in kitchen and dining table seating six ensures you get that quality time together over a home cooked meal. At the end of a hard day sightseeing retreat to one of the three bedrooms, the master bedroom features a king size bed and en-suite shower room with the added bonus of a TV, the second bedrooms has a double bed with bedside cabinets and the third has twin beds making this lodge the ideal choice for families or friends. In addition to the en-suite is the house bathroom with bath and overhead shower so you can enjoy a long relaxing soak at the end of the day. The outside of the lodge offers an elevated decking area with outside furniture, it’s the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee or enjoy a evening meal alfresco. You'll love the peacefulness of Limefitt Park’s secluded location, set within the tranquil Troutbeck Valley. The park itself offers a host of facilities on-site to make your stay truly unforgettable, with a small shop, a laundrette and a restaurant/bar serving delicious food, you’ll have all you need for your self-catered stay right on your doorstep. One of the best ways to soak up the beauty of the Lakes is from a Windermere Lake Cruise, taking you along the waters of England’s largest lake to all the popular towns and villages, or an iconic Ullswater steamer on another beautiful lake 10 miles away. Discover a historic Roman fort at Ambleside, with a simple walk from the centre of the town up to the magnificent Stock Ghyll Force, or head down to Lakeside to visit the Lakes Aquarium and marvel at the fascinating marine life. Both towns provide a range of amenities, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes whilst Ambleside offers the additional attraction of a boat ride to Bowness, the Lakeside Aquarium and Beatrix Potter's 'Hill Top House' at Sawrey. Grizedale Forest Park is within easy driving distance and is home to a range of activities including many good walks, mountain biking and the 'Go Ape' adventure park. The region also boasts many National Trust properties as well as a variety of water sports for those who prefer a more adrenaline-fuelled trip. Children will enjoy a trip to the 'World of Beatrix Potter' in Bowness whilst the villages of Grasmere, Coniston Water, Kendal, Keswick and the Lakeland Mountains are all within easy reach.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
