The property sleeps up to six guests in three first-floor bedrooms; a double offering an en-suite shower room with walk in shower, basin and WC, a second double and a twin bedroom, which are both served by a family bathroom consisting of a bath with overhead shower, so you can choose to indulge in a long soak or have a quick freshen up before beginning your day, along with a basin and WC. The spacious kitchen/diner is the perfect spot to gather together whilst the head chef of the group whips up a tasty meal to be enjoyed at the dining table as you plan your holiday itinerary, before carrying on the conversations in the comfortable sitting room in front of the charming woodburning stove and catching up on your favourite TV shows or delving into that book that you have been meaning to read. Why not step outside onto the courtyard with your morning cup of tea or coffee and take in the calming countryside air before setting off to explore the local area and all the delights it has to offer. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
