As you enter the property you're welcomed by a cloakroom with a washbasin and WC and a handy utility area featuring ample storage space as well as a washing machine, offering a convenient place to wipe off any sandy toes or muddy paws and freshen up your wardrobe before continuing through to the living areas. The designated chef will be delighted with the spacious galley-style kitchen, beautifully appointed with gleaming fittings and a contemporary design, with a dining table positioned in the center of the room, providing the perfect place to socialize with your loved ones as you tuck into a heart-warming meal. In the warmer months, head outside to enjoy a spot of alfresco dining on the patio, where you're enveloped in the picturesque scenery of the surrounding countryside and the neighbouring orchard and meadow, both of which are exclusive for your use during your stay. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
