We've just come back from a nice, relaxing break in this chalet. It's in a lovely position at the back of the chalet park, near the woods. Every night we heard a couple of tawny owls in the woods and the bats would circle round our heads in front of the chalet, which was amazing to watch. We walked through the gate at the back of the park, through Warren Woods and then the cliff top path into Cromer town centre every day, which was lovely. The chalet is fully equipped with everything you could need. I appreciated the tea, coffee and milk sachets provided as there isn't a shop nearby. Leaflets of local attractions and a reference folder with all the appliance instructions were provided too, as well as board games for children. We would definitely come again as there is so much to do and see in the local area and the chalet was modern, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this chalet.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
