You will be delighted as you travel down the extensive drive to this dazzling abode; the private driveway hosts four in-demand parking spaces, for your convenience. After parking up, enjoy a well-earned rest in the side courtyard, before making your way inside this fabulous property. Progress through the boutique-style hallway to find yourself in a country-style kitchen/diner, a stylish space showcasing sage green fittings with complimentary, pink accents, along with ample appliances; the chef of the group will be especially pleased with the preparation island and the double electric ovens! When dinner is ready, enjoy it at the kitchen/diner's charming dining table, or continue to a more formal dining room where you can savour a delicious meal with a refreshing glass of wine. After dinner has been relished, unwind in the impressive sitting room, a room retaining original exposed brickwork whilst also being filled with stylish furnishings, including a spacious corner sofa; switch on the large TV for a movie night. The kids can enjoy their own TV entertainment in the nearby snug with its vibrant artwork adorning the walls. Prep yourself before bed in one of the two handy cloakrooms downstairs, or make your way up to a fabulous bathroom; the space is truly magnificent and gives the property that touch of luxury with its freestanding bath and separate glass shower. The first floor is also home to four well-appointed bedrooms, the first one being a large king-size room, with floral finishes and ample storage, along with a fantastic en-suite bathroom, the second room is another spacious spot with blue accents and vaulted ceilings; further along the corridor, another lovely bedroom can be found, this one boasts stylish décor, views over the back garden and a chair that is perfect for reading in! Close-by, the little ones can rest their heads in a pretty twin room. The property benefits from a selection of outdoor areas for you to unwind in, the dogs can securely stretch their legs in the rear gravelled area, or the extensive back garden with its lush lawn; why not savour a spot of alfresco dining on the picnic bench as you take in those marvellous views? Excursion enthusiasts will be pleased with the properties easy access to a variety of walking and cycling trails, whilst also showcasing facilities for horses; so you can take your horse on holiday with you and explore the wonderful Lincolnshire countryside together! A pub can be found less than two miles away in Hubbert's Bridge, as well as fishing opportunities at Orchard Park where there is a well-stocked lake alongside a lovely café which offers a delicious Sunday carvery. This house is stunning as are the grounds. The house is beautifully presented and well equipped. The outdoor area has plenty of seating. The main garden is secure once the gate is closed. There is also a smaller enclosed garden off the kitchen which is perfect for letting the dog out if you've brought one. Outside there is a playground and an additional swing. Inside there are outside games to use such as cricket which is a lovely touch. The downstairs has a spacious and well equipped kitchen. There is a table in there but also a separate dining room. There is a games room which the children and adults both loved, although due to us having lovely weather we didn't use it much. There is a lovely living room which although large is very cosy. There is a utility room and also two downstairs toilets. Upstairs all the rooms are spacious even the two smaller bedrooms. The bathrooms upstairs both have both shower and bath. The beds are comfy and were all made up on arrival. The decor in the rooms is wonderful, and throughout the property the decor is top-notch. It gives it a real homely feel. In addition to all this, we had a little welcome hamper and a delicious lemon cake on arrival. The only downside was that the peacocks were very noisy! However this was not a problem in the day and remedied by some ear plugs at night. They were beautiful to look at, we just hadn't really experienced them before so we're not expecting them to be so vocal! Overall this was a fabulous stay and we would certainly consider coming back.
