Perched on the outskirts of the charming market town of Kirkby Lonsdale in Cumbria is this idyllic cottage, Lark Meadow, set on the grounds of Whoop Hall Country Club. Set over two floors and sleeping up to four guests, Lark Meadow is a delightful getaway for two couples or a small family, where they can enjoy views of the expansive green countryside right from their very own private patio, and be within easy reach of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, as well as Devils Bridge and Kendal Castle. As you approach the property, you will find an off-road parking space available just outside of the cottage, so you can unload your bags with ease. Be welcomed into the spacious open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, where you can cosy up on the large corner sofa and enjoy a film night with friends in front of the gas effect fire, or whip up delicious treats in the fully equipped kitchen, settling down to enjoy your meal around the dining table and toasting to a wonderful holiday. As the evening draws to a close, you have a choice of two bedrooms, the first being a ground-floor twin, where you can snuggle up in the tastefully decorated room with TV, perfect for those last Sunday mornings. Completing the ground floor is the shower room, where you can freshen up for the day in style. Climbing the stairs, you will discover the second bedroom, a king-size mezzanine with glass balcony overlooking the sitting room and views overlooking the lush green fields, for added privacy there is an en-suite bathroom where you can enjoy a hot soak with your favourite book before climbing into bed. Prepare a pot of tea and enjoy it with your guests at the lovely outdoor dining table as you discuss plans for the day.
